Virgil 's Real Barbeque

Someone I used to worked with from Philippines is in town to attend a work related seminar.  We decided to meet at Times Square.  I chose Virgil's BBQ as that was the place my previous boss brought me to acknowledge good work done.

 

For BBQ, I decided to have the Memphis Style Pork Spare Ribs and the Trash Ribs; for sides, I had the Hickory Pit baked beans and Collard Greens w/ Ham Hock

Ernie had the Memphis Style Pork Spare Ribs and Barbecued ¼ Chicken, for sides, he had the Mac and Cheese and Cole slaw
