Just a day after my dinner at Nobu, my family decided to eat lunch at one of the Korean restaurant in Koreatown.
As in any Korean restaurant, you will be served these small dishes of appetizers. The dishes are varied depending on what the cook decides to serve that day. Most of the time, kimchi is one of them. They have servings of fish, vegetables, spicy and non-spicy . The vegetables are sometime simply blanched or sometimes pickled.
The best thing about these appetizers are, they are free. Yes, everyone is served with soup and these appetizers regardless of what you ordered. I presume you have to order something first.
