Paris Baguette is a Korean owned and operated Frech bakery in New York City. They have the most delicious French cakes, pastries and bread. There are 2 stores, one in Manhattan, in the middle of Koreatown and another one in Little Chinatown in Flushing, Queens.
This picture was taken from their Koreatown branch.

You can have coffee with your cake, sandwich or pastries.
They also serve shaved ice with red beans and fresh fruits, a popular snack in Korea.
Some of their pastries are French-Korean fusion as in their glutinous pastry, mochi croquette and the green tea pastry.
This small bottle of deliciousness is called Royal Pudding.
We tried the same dessert in Korea and the taste was consistent with the one I bought in NYC.
This is a popular French pastry (specialty of Bordeaux, France), mentioned in lot of French cookbooks. It has a crunchy outside and creamy filling inside.Something about the origin of Canele: Before the French Revolution, people made Canele with donated egg yolks from local winemakers, who used only the whites to clarify their wines. The Canele is consumed for breakfast, snacks, and dessert. It accommodates well with champagne, tea, and all of types of wine.
