Knorr sinigang mix now comes in new versions. In addition to the original sinigang mix, they now have the version with taro (to be used with either pork or beef) and the one with miso (meant to be used with fish). My sinigang na salmon taste great with mustard greens and brocolli.

Salmon Belly Sinigang sa Miso
Knorr sinigang mix now comes in new versions. In addition to the original sinigang mix, they now have the version with taro (to be used with either pork or beef) and the one with miso (meant to be used with fish). My sinigang na salmon taste great with mustard greens and brocolli.
Vegetable Lasagna
I made two versions of the vegetable lasagna. One with mushroom and spinach, the other with brocolli, carrots, multi colored sweet peppers and suchini.
