Mother's Day lunch at Cho Dang Gol

2012 May - Mother's Day lunch treat from my daughter
Cho Dang Gol is a Korean restaurant that specialize in Korean dishes made with tofu.

The banchan may be limited but these  side dishes are so tasty.  We had kimchi (of course), pajeon (pancakes), flavored tofu, stir fried spinach, spicy fish cake and some seaweeds.

I had the soft tofu jigae with seafoods (shrimps, clams and squid ). A bit spicy but so good, I finished every bit of it.  They also served white rice cooked on their traditional hot pot, which they bring to your table to be scooped to your individual rice bowl.  Yes, rice is cooked not from the rice cooker.

The smile of a happy Mom. Thank you, anak. Love you
