Day 2 - Breakfast at a French bakery

We knew if we walk around our ryokan we will find more interesting places. We were surprised to see this French bakery opened early on our second day. We left around 7 a.m. to go to the Senjoji temple (the one with the big red lantern) which is in Asakusa.
The Japanese are known to like French food. The workers in this bakery were dressed similar to their French counterpart, complete with the handkerchief around their neck and the chef hat(see second photo). The pastries were very light and coffee was good. There was a wide selection and we can't decide which ones to eat. We decided to buy additional pastries to snack on the train ride to Hakone in the p.m.
