Mesa at Greenbelt, Makati

Very unique dish - the Pritson

sucking pig deep fried, unlike the regular lechon where the pig is either roasted over a bed of coals or roasted in a large oven.

Crispy "pritson" skin is wrapped with slivers of green onion. It is then served with different kind of sauce, lechon sauce, chili sauce, hoisin sauce, mustard and some other stuff I cannot remember.
If China boast about the Peking Duck, the we should boast about our Pritson - Pritong Lechon
Viola, the pritson wrap!
As if the half pritson was not enough, we had fried tilapia fillet, ginataan siguarillas, adobong pusit, laing (served two ways), lumpia with tinapa(w/o picture), baked scallops and stuffed mushrooms(no picture either, as we finished them before deciding to take pictures).

Lunch with college classmates from St. Paul College.

Food pictures were provided by Belinda.
