Yes, this is real. I did not make this one up. I bought this white chocolate covered cookies in Spain few years ago. I wanted to show this package to friends but forgot that I have it in my fridge.
I wonder why the Spanish named these cookies "Filipinos"? I did not know there is a dark chocolate covered version which offended some Filipinos who came across this cookie while on vacation in Spain. Maybe if they found this white chocolate covered version, then Filipino politicians would not have been offended as it means, we are as white as the meztisos.
